The Black Hole Creek Environmental Conservancy, Inc.was established as a Maryland non-stock non-Profit corporation. The corporation has been granted Recognation of Exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Bylaws of the Corporation provide for a five member Board of Directors. Directors serve on a voluntary basis without compensation and the Corporation does not expect to have any paid employees.
